welcome.
My intention through my work is to:

Create a safe, supportive space for growth, healing, and self-discovery.

Guide others in reconnecting with their true nature and purpose through movement and mindfulness.

Honour the wisdom of the mind and body, and encourage movement through life with greater awareness and authenticity.

My journey into movement began when I was 19, driven by a need to find relief from chronic back pain during my university years studying International Relations and Community Development in Brisbane. I truly stumbled upon Pilates, finding a Mari Winsor Pilates DVD at a second hand store. What started as a simple attempt to ease my back pain unexpectedly sparked a passion for movement I never knew I had. Having never identified as a sporty person, discovering the joy and empowerment of movement completely changed my perspective on what my body was capable of.

A scholarship with the Centre for Sustainability Leadership brought me to Melbourne, where I discovered a Pilates studio on Bourke Street. Whilst working as an Executive Assistant for a sustainability firm, I immersed myself in my daily practice at the studio. Through this, I not only gained physical strength but also found a mindfulness that transformed my life. The studio manager recognised my passion for the practice and offered an apprenticeship, which opened the door to teaching Mat, Reformer, and Clinical Pilates.
Over the years, I worked for not-for-profits like Oxfam, Bush Heritage, and Environmental Defenders Office in events management and fundraising whilst teaching Pilates part-time and expanding my love of movement into broader practices as a certified yoga, meditation, and Reiki teacher. My fascination with the transformative power of movement and mindfulness inspired me to create retreats and workshops under the banner of Holistic HQ, hosting wellness events across Australia’s east coast. I also founded Cover Me Pilates, one of Australia’s largest online Pilates cover groups, fostering connection and support within the teaching community.
Today, I teach full-time whilst mentoring Pilates instructors both online and in person, helping them refine their teaching, deepen their understanding, and navigate their careers with confidence. I’m excited to launch this year a series of workshops and e-books aimed at uniting the Australian Pilates community by bridging the gap between classical and fitness Pilates, creating an inclusive and inspiring space for all.
With every class I teach, I bring the same curiosity and passion that first drew me to movement: a belief in its power to strengthen the body, center the mind, and uplift the soul.
